당사는 기업의 사회적 책임을 실천하고 경제, 환경보호 및 사회 발전을 촉진해, 지속적 발전 목표를 달성하고자 한다. 이를 위해 「상장기업의 사회적 책임 실무수칙」 및 관련 법령에 의거, 「에버라이트 일렉트로닉스 공업주식회사의 사회적 책임 실무수칙」을 제정하고 이사회 비준을 거쳐 실행한다. 당사는 기업을 경영하는 동시에 사회적 책임을 실천해, 국제적 발전 추세에 부합하기를 희망한다. 또한 기업 시민의 역할을 통해 국가 경제에 대한 공헌을 높이고, 직원, 공동체, 사회의 생활 수준을 개선하며, 기업의 사회적 책임을 중심으로 우위를 촉진한다.

사회 책임위원회

에버라이트는 기업의 사회적 책임(Corporate Social Responsibility, 이하 CSR로 칭함)을 실천하기 위해 2019년 지속 가능한 목표, CSR 발전 전략, 정책 및 실행 방안을 수립하였고, 위에서 아래로 CSR을 공동으로 실천할 수 있도록 고위 임원으로 구성된 CSR 위원회를 설립하였습니다. CSR 위원회는 이사회가 위원장을 맡을 고위 임원을 임명하고, 위원장이 법무, 영업, 개발, 제조, 구매, 인사 겸 총무, 재무회계, 정보 및 감사처 등 각 관련 부서의 최고 책임자로 위원회 구성원을 임명합니다. 에버라이트 CSR 위원회의 조직 규정에 따라, 이사회는 이사장을 위원장으로 임명하여 사업 추진, 정책 및 입장의 대외적 설명, 목표 및 방향의 내부적 정의, 자원 통합, 실행 방안 검토, 추진 성과 감독 등을 주도합니다. 위원장은 법무처 주임을 간사로 임명하고, 법무처는 CSR 관련 활동의 기획 및 추진, 관련 소식의 대내외적 발표, 연간 보고서 작성, 이사회 보고 등을 담당합니다. 본 위원회는 직원 배려, 기업 통치, 환경 안전 위생 및 공급망 관리에 대한 CSR 관련 활동 방안을 각각 구체적으로 실행하고, 이해 관계자들이 에버라이트에 제기하는 CSR 관련 이슈에 대응하기 위해 CSR 실행 팀을 구성합니다. 타이완 및 각 지역의 모든 공장에는 노동, 윤리, 환경 안전 위생 및 공급망을 담당하는 관리 대표가 있는데, 관리 대표는 CSR 계획에 대한 공장의 이행 여부를 감독하고, 책임 있는 기업 연합체(RBA)가 규제하는 노동, 윤리, 환경, 안전 및 위생, 관리 시스템의 다섯 가지 주요 카테고리의 적합성을 준수하기 위해 노력합니다.
