Stakeholder Identification

Everlight’s Sustainability Report references the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000 SES, 2015) and adopts its five key principles—Dependency, Responsibility, Influence, Diverse Perspectives, and Attention—for stakeholder identification and engagement.

Communication with Stakeholders

Everlight engages and communicates with stakeholders through multiple channels and mechanisms, actively responding to issues of stakeholder concern while developing corresponding strategies and actions to promote responsible business practices. In addition to organization-specific activities targeting particular stakeholder groups, such as Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Supplier Surveys, Shareholders’ Meetings, Investor Conferences, Labor- Management Meetings, and Employee Opinion Surveys, the Company also provides shared communication platforms accessible to all stakeholders, including the Sustainability Report, Sustainability Website, Sustainability Hotline, Sustainability Mailbox, and Sustainability Fax, which serve as channels for timely responses and information disclosure.

Through these diversified communication approaches, Everlight seeks to understand stakeholder needs and expectations while providing stakeholders with opportunities to participate in discussions related to Sustainable Development issues.

Everlight continuously optimizes its communication mechanisms and adheres to four key principles: Transparency and Openness, Friendliness and Inclusiveness, Accountability and Responsibility, and Fairness and Consistency, fostering an environment that encourages meaningful and effective stakeholder communication. The Company also regularly consolidates and analyzes stakeholder feedback and issues of concern, using such information as an important basis for Materiality Assessment and the development of sustainability action plans, thereby fulfilling its commitment to sustainability governance and shared value creation.

Identification of Major Topics

Everlight places significant emphasis on the expectations and issues of concern raised by both internal and external stakeholders throughout its Sustainable Development journey. To ensure that sustainability information disclosures align with international trends and provide decision-useful information, the Company follows the materiality assessment principles of GRI Standards (2021) and adopts an impact-based approach to analyze sustainability-related issues. Through diversified communication mechanisms, Everlight continuously collects stakeholder feedback and regularly reviews changes in international sustainability trends. In principle, the Company conducts a materiality assessment of sustainability topics every one to three years. For identified Material Topics, Everlight further establishes medium- and long-term management objectives and action plans, while implementing performance tracking mechanisms to strengthen operational resilience and enhance positive environmental and social impacts.
