Shulin Dist., New Taipei City– September 4, 2026–Everlight Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Everlight”) has officially released its 2025 Sustainability Report. The Report was prepared in accordance with the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation Rules Governing the Preparation and Filing of Sustainability Reports by TWSE Listed Companies and was filed by August 30, 2026. Both the Chinese and English versions are now available in the Sustainability section of Everlight’s corporate website for stakeholders worldwide.

The Report covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, highlighting Everlight’s management approaches and achievements in sustainability governance, business integrity, innovative green products, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion and shared prosperity. It was prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards 2021, with reference to the SASB Semiconductors Standard, the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

To enhance the transparency and credibility of its sustainability disclosures, Everlight engaged AFNOR ASIA LTD. to conduct independent third-party assurance in accordance with the AA1000 Assurance Standard (v3). The Report received Type 1 assurance at a Moderate level and was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.

Looking ahead, Everlight will continue to advance climate governance, energy conservation and carbon reduction, responsible supply chain management, and sustainable talent development, while further integrating sustainability into its core business operations to create long-term value with stakeholders.
